Product Description

Bakelite insulation board has high mechanical and dielectric properties, good heat resistance and moisture resistance, and good machinability. The heat resistance grade is B grade. It is suitable for motors and electrical appliances. Insulates structural components and can be used in wet environments and transformer oil.

Uses: electrical and electronic insulation materials, excellent insulation performance, high-temperature resistance, cold resistance, used in many electrical equipment and electrical materials; and use in daily life: it has a hard texture and a wide range of applications, and can be used in the rear of the car instead of iron pads, wear resistance and pressure resistance, no deformation, flexible processing, long service life, high-cost performance.

Application Features

1. Various forms. A variety of resins, curing agents, and modifiers systems are available to suit virtually any application’s form requirements, ranging from very low viscosities to high melting point solids.

2. Easy curing. With various curing agents selected, the epoxy resin system can be cured almost within the temperature range of 0-180°C.

3. Strong adhesion. The existence of inherent polar hydroxyl groups and ether bonds in the molecular chain of epoxy resin makes it have high adhesion to various substances. Epoxy resins have low shrinkage and low internal stress when cured, which also contributes to improved adhesion strength.

4. Low shrinkage. The reaction between the epoxy resin and the curing agent used is carried out by direct addition reaction or ring-opening polymerization of the epoxy group in the resin molecule, without the release of water or other volatile by-products. Compared with unsaturated polyester resins and phenolic resins, they show very low shrinkage (less than 2%) during curing.

5. Mechanical properties. The cured epoxy resin system has excellent mechanical properties.
